Jieyi (Jay) Mei is a professional tall person and Classics enthusiast daylighting as an illustrator and game artist. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her cat and collection of fake plants.

Jay has worked with clients that include Disney, Blizzard, Marvel, WeLoveFine, DesignByHumans, Ferarri, Formula 1, and more. She has shown work at various pop art galleries around the country including the Bottleneck Gallery, Gallery Nucleus, and Gallery 1988. Jay also worked as a 2D concept artist and lead artist for Kuma Games, publishing two app games and a weekly animated series.

Jay created and published Postbellum, an artbook with a collection of tattoo artworks developed over the course of two years. She also managed and founded the charity art project and artbook, Better Together. She is currently developing a new independent graphic novel series
